"Capybara Ramen in Kissimmee was absolutely amazing! The ramen was rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the sushi was just as impressive—fresh, well-made, and delicious. Shoutout to our server, Menn, who made the experience even better. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being overbearing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. Between the food and the service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"This place is adorable. The food is 100/10. This little ramen shop is the something that the neighborhood has been missing. I am so glad that it’s found its home. The noodles are handmade every day along with broth. The rolls are hand made as well. My husband and I stopped in for the lunch special which will give you a drink a side salad or Edamame and a main dish. I had a capybara special roll and had a small spicy tuna roll as its companion. Everything was well made, and very fresh. We also were talking with the counter staff who is the artist who does all the very cute artwork of the capybara’s all around and it is precious. I cannot wait to see what they do with the space and the food. My husband had the Ramen Which he really loved. He said that there was bold flavor. It was very hearty and very filling. There was tons of protein in there as well. As of March 2025, they do have new hours which I have attached along on my review"

"Small place but cute murals of anime style capybaras enjoying sushi and ramen. Modern simple atmosphere, clean. Friendly service. Not a huge menu but several choices of ramen, sushi and sashimi. The beef (not pork) gyoza (similar to pot stickers; dumplings) are a very good appetizer."

"This Ramen place was honestly incredible! The ramen had incredible flavor and the chicken wings I got was so crunchy and delicious! I got the Tonkatsu Ramen with chicken and my husband got the Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork and it was incredible. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also so cute!"
